This LAP is available free of charge! Click here for details. We are indebted to the Daniels Fund for its support of many curriculum and instructional tools throughout our store.

You want to make the right decisions when you encounter ethical dilemmas, but how do you know when you’re facing them? This LAP explains the characteristics of ethical dilemmas and shows how ethical principles can help you spot them. It also demonstrates the importance of responding to ethical dilemmas and outlines the steps anyone can take to figure out the best solutions.

LAPs are comprehensive instructional packages that include all elements of a performance-oriented lesson plan. This LAP includes a student handout (with CopyIT! permission) that includes information about recognizing and responding to ethical dilemmas, a (So What?) discussion of why it's important to learn, and a short (Gray Zone) case addressing ethical issues. The instructor section features a comprehensive discussion guide, complete practice- (short answer) and post-tests (multiple-choice) with descriptive keys, student activities, and more.

Available as either a black-and-white hard copy or as a digital download. As an added bonus for purchasing the download, instructors will receive a second version of the student guide—in color and designed specifically for use on electronic devices. This additional student guide contains all of the same key components as included in the black-and-white hard-copy LAP but is easier for instructors to share with students via email, shared drive, or learning management system and easier for students to view and read electronically. Bring your discussions to life with our PowerPoint presentation software that includes a broad range of graphics and special effects to help keep students interested. This professionally produced presentation consists of 18 slides.
